Projects

This project consists of an affordable independent senior living apartment building located in a town center setting in Loudoun County, Virginia.  The 5-story building will have a total of 130 units and residential amenities space to include: business/work-from-home type spaces, fitness room, 4% office flex space, wellness room, and arts and crafts flex spaces.  This project also requires the design and construction of an off-site sewer replacement. APM was brought on early in the design process to assist APAH on procurements, budget development as well as construction and program/project management.
