This project involves the complete interior demolition and renovation of approximately 8,900 square feet at 1711 New Hampshire Avenue, NW. The project includes modernized office and meeting spaces, a residential unit, and a brand-new visitor welcome center.

Key upgrades include:

• Full interior renovation with contemporary finishes
• Installation of new MEP systems
• Addition of a LULA elevator for improved accessibility
• Construction of new passageways on each level, seamlessly connecting to the adjacent DST building
• Replacement windows in 1711, as well as 1707 and 1709 New Hampshire Avenue, NW
• Façade repairs, cleaning, and minor exterior work
• New rear decks linking to the DST building

This project enhances the building’s functionality while maintaining its historic integrity, creating a modern and welcoming space for visitors and occupants.
