Advanced Project Management, Inc. is the Owner’s Representative and the Professional Construction Project Manager for Housing Alexandria's Glebe / Mt. Vernon Project. 

Housing Alexandria is developing 474 units of deeply affordable and workforce housing (416 rental and 58 ownership) 38,000 SF of commercial retail space and a two-level underground parking garage near the intersection of West Glebe Rd and Mt. Vernon Ave.

All units would be for households making up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI);

25% of units at 40% AMI
10% of units at 50% AMI
40% of units at 60% AMI
25% of units at 80% AMI
