This affordable rental apartment building has been completed adjacent to the Erickson Senior Living continuing care retirement community in Fairfax County, Virginia. The 4-story building now houses 80 age-restricted units, fulfilling the need for affordable housing among seniors in the area. APAH has provided numerous amenities, including community spaces, a fitness center, a business center, and front porches for tenants. Additionally, Erickson offers shuttle services to and from the campus and the affordable units, making it convenient for residents to access all services. APM was engaged early in the design process to assist APAH with procurements, budget development, and ensuring compliance with VHDA design requirements for financing.
