The Oakcrest School
Oakcrest Campus Relocation
After years of Oakcrest’s tireless efforts working with Fairfax County and the community to build a new campus, we are proud to have played a pivotal role in successfully delivering their campus. APM was brought on board after the start of construction to manage the construction process and coordinate with the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority and WMATA construction work under the Silver metro line and toll road. This $49 Million project required extensive coordination efforts due to the relocation of electric and fiber lines, new traffic signals, and associated road work. As Phase 1 of a multi-phase program, the new school is designed as a three-story Manor House with flanking classroom wings. With over 70,000 SF, the new campus offers regulation athletic fields, a full-sized chapel, science labs, and music rooms, among other state-of-the-art facilities.
“ . . . we have been very impressed with Stephen and APM getting on board so quickly on the major important issues so critical to our success . . . “
