APM was the Owner’s Representative to facilitate the development of this 35-acre campus, which utilized multiple Contractors to construct the infrastructure and the building, successfully avoiding both multiple layers of mark-up and exposure to additional risks. Spaces include classrooms, a library, science labs, art classrooms and gallery, a gymnasium, and tennis courts.
