Allsteel, Inc. underwent renovations to their Resource Center Showrooms across the country in an effort to keep up with the ever-changing design market; they set sights on the Nation’s Capital Showroom. The project entailed the renovation and reconfiguration of 10,800 SF of existing Showroom space which now displays a wide range of their new furniture product lines and debuts their newest demountable walls product known as “Beyond Walls” to the DC market. Advanced Project Management was chosen by Allsteel to manage the project from its initial design stages through the final completion and close-out. Through extensive efforts during the design development and preconstruction phases, and APM’s capability of performing in the high-end interior fit out arena with diligent budget control adherences, this fast-track project completed on time, and under budget.
