Stadium and Parking Garage

As the School’s growing demand for on-campus parking became an absolute necessity supported by their ever-growing student body population, the administration moved forward with plans to construct a one-story below grade parking structure with new stadium and sports field facilities above in the location of their existing athletic field. The garage level includes locker rooms for sports and athletic use, restroom facilities, and mechanical equipment rooms to service occupied spaces. A complete reconstruction of the privatized Eye Street driveway to the School’s campus with the total transformation to a pedestrian thoroughfare was also completed. The new open space, which is directly between the campus buildings and the stadium field, lends itself to organized events conducted by School’s organizations for pre- and post-game by having easy access to the athletic field itself.
