Oakcrest School
The McGowen Family Athletic Facility
Since 2018, APM has been managing the development process of Oakcrest School’s new 26,000 sf McGowen Family Athletic Facility. This is the third consecutive project APM has managed for Oakcrest and its only Project Management firm since APM delivered the Main Campus relocation in 2016. The new facility provides a gymnasium holding 260 visitors, a weight training room, fitness room, additional classrooms, and other supporting functions to the school. The athletic facility incorporates all aspects of Oakcrest’s education including academics, athletics, and student life. This project was completed in Spring of 2023.
