Penzance is developing a mixed use and residential project consisting of 1.2 Million SF of new construction in Arlington, Virginia. The redevelopment of Wilson Boulevard includes two residential buildings with ground floor retail with a 4-story below grade garage containing approximately 1,050 parking spaces and extensive amenity spaces, including rooftop pools. The West Tower is 24-stories and includes 351 rental apartments. The East Tower is 27-stories and is divided to include 105 condominium units in the north wing and 456 apartments in the south wing. The project received County approval after undergoing a 4-year governmental process. The project also includes demolition of the old fire house and the construction of a new fire station for the Arlington County Fire Department that will be built as an integral part of the ground floor of the East Tower. Penzance will also be responsible for delivering the new Rosslyn Highlands Park on the site.
